Really nice little climbing wall, that has a friendly community, but has some improvements to make.
The majority of the climbing is bouldering, but there are some ropes available, though notably no auto-belays at all, which is a disappointment.
The centre itself has no air conditioning and it feels like a sauna in the summer. The manager didn't open the doors etc to circulate air for at least an hour after I arrived (late afternoon). By which time I was soaked in sweat as were most other people.
Despite the centre being a pretty good gym, it needs some investment -air conditioning, or at least fans, for sure.
-At least one autobelay for solo climbers who want to build stamina etc.
Also the gym looks to have a lot of utilisable outside space to the rear that could be made to be both an outdoor gym and a pleasant seating area. In this respect there was a lack of imagination in its outdoor space usage, which disappoints me and I suspect other climbers. For example, I could imagine you could have a covered traversing/bouldering wall the whole length of the building out the back. Along with some free standing outdoor walls etc. As the only centre in the area (that I'm aware of) it has the advantage of time on its side to develop into a really great gym.
The bouldering itself was good and I felt the setting was both fun and challenging, with grades well defined and incrementally more difficult. Though I've heard they have a lack of variety of holds that is frustrating efforts at variety and versatility in setting. I personally didn't feel like this was reflected in the setting, but I'm not a super strong climber, nor an expert judge on such matters, and air more on the intuitive climbing style than the cognitive, so perhaps I'm insufficiently discerning to judge.
Despite my criticisms I do really like the centre and I had a lot of fun there, I just feel like it's more a work in progress than a finished product. And I'll likely be going back there before I leave the Limoges area (Friday 24th August 2023), so my observations are in no way a belief that it's not a centre I'd go to again, quite the opposite.
In addition, there was a whole separate area for kids climbing upstairs and an area for finger/strength training. The facilities are clean and you can buy food and drinks (including alcohol) at the counter.
Overall a pretty good bouldering and climbing gym, with the emphasis on bouldering, that is largely very sufficient as it is, but has so much more potential.
A nice, friendly place to climb. Only small but has every type of boulder style you’d need. Very nice staff and kept clean inside. Cafe and bar are good and a little shop for chalk and things. Nice route setting and easy to follow colour codes. I’d recommend this place and it is very reasonable price.
Staff are very welcoming and helpfull. The gym itself is very well equiped, also the bouldering section is bigger than other gyms that I have visited.
Has a good bar area too and you can treat yourself to local artisanal beer after a good climb! 🍻
Highly recommended. 👍👍
Very friendly and helpful staff, with challenging boulder problems. Not a lot of easy boulder options for a total beginner. But if your level is around 5/6 and up it’s perfect.
Cool staff, needs to work on facilities: snacking unavailable, toilets needed tending...
A really good place for climbing, not so expensive for the ways avalaible. The staff is really smiling and friendly

Fabulous place with great helpful staff.
I had chosen a children's workshop. Lots of children in this group so no time to identify children in difficulty like my grandson who has not climbed more than a meter. Damage. The concept is pretty cool
I had come mainly to refresh the memories I had of top-rope climbing. The session was very nice; I appreciated the different advice that was given to us.
